Shipping policy

We aim to ship all our products both domestically and internationally via a trackable service or signed for service with a reference number for either the postal service or with a 3rd party courier service 

We ship to the address provided by you at the point of purchase 

The option not to choose a signed for post option or a trackable option means that the item will be sent via standard post. This is a non trackable service and no update will be available once the item is dispatched. 

We cannot comment on timelines on a non tracked service as this is outside our control . Timelines on Tracked Items will be set out according to the guidelines of the relevant service providers. Please note on orders leaving the U.K and entering other countries the items may be subject to customs procedures which can cause a delay. This is outside of our control 

We will provide the tracking number confirmation or reference number for the signed for item once the items have been dispatched via email
